Me.mbers of the Council: Attached is a copy of the recom.'t1end3tion made to the ~ountain View City Council by its staff regdrding Shoreline Amphitheatre sound testing. The MOUntain View City Council approved the plan unanimously at the.ir June 30, 1992 ~eeting. You will note that Bill Graham Presents (BGP) has agreed to share the cost with the city of Mountain Vie~. In addition, BGP has agreed to "'ork with Mountain Vieil." and the a!'"tists to carry out these tests. Both of these actions demonstrate, I believe, a gCvd faith effort on the part of BGP to bring this issue to a mutually satisfactory conclusion~ We will keep Council advised as this program progresses~ Respectfully submitted, ~- W:::LLIAM ZANER City Manager Attachment CC: Re,rin Duggan Danny Scher ClIR: tiS:92 lXl. . .----, June 30, 1992 CATEGORY: New BusIn ....
