Court.
The firal map has been revie",ed by the C'.ty Engineer. !t has been fDund to be
in (onformance ~ith the ~pproved ~esting tantative map, the State Map Act, and
the Palo Alto ~l.Hlicipal Code. All conditions of approval, inc~uding ex!:!cution
of the subdivision improvement agreement between the City and the applicant, nave
been met. Th2 subdivision improvement agreement inc::1udes the applicantrs
requirement te pr~vide three Below-Marlet·Rate units in the project.
