The Sllm of Seventy-Five 'I'housand Dollars ($75,008) is hereby appl:"oprii'lted to Capital Improvement Project No. 19214, Hazardous Materials Response Eq:uiprnent~ and the Reserve for capital Pr-oj ects I.d 11 be correspondingly reduced. SE_CTION 2. This transaction • ... i 11 reduce the Reserve from $5,454,695 to $5,379,6~5 as of March 31 r 1992. SECTION 3. The Council of the City of PdIo Alto hereby finds that the enactment of this ordinance is not a ~roject under the California Environment.a! QU31ity Act ar,Q, therefore, no etlvironmen tal impact assessment is ne~essary. SECTION 4. Municipal Code, adoption.
