At the Karc.fl; 17 meet ;n9 of the Policy a,1d Services Corrmittee. Stanford staff
indicated that they would be preparea' to discuss with t:ne COliillittee en
Tuesday. April 21. the status of their Research Park planning program. The
significance Df this date ;s that it occurs after an importa~t internal
Stanfcrd meeting on April 12 and before the May 4 Planning Commission/City
Council study session on the Comprehensive Plan update work program. l~nger
term Research Fark issu~s may be appropriate for incorporation into the Plan
update W<lrk program. Reteipt of information from StaTlford at an Apr1l 2l
Committee meeting could fac111tate tne discussion of the appropriate scope and
timing ~f the P1an update.
