City staff reQuested that the County extend tne Public Review period to .llow for Palo Alto Planning c.-fssfDn and City CDunc;! eOlllTlents to be Incorporated Into the Final EIR. County staff responded that they would continue the review period to December 14th to allow Planning Commission comments to be Included, but not Cit, Council COIfIDer!tS.
