On Ju.ly IS.., 19S0, the. CHy CO'Jncll approved the ter.ta.t~ve map for subdivision
Qf a 3S,lOS-square-foot parcel into 12 condominium units, for property lo(ated
at 737 Lorna Verde Avenue.
lhe final reap has bee~ reviewed by the City Engineer~ It has been found to be
1" conform~nce with the approved tentative ~ap, the State Map Act. and the
Palo Alto Municipal Code. All conditions of approval, including execution of
th~ Below ~arket Rate agreement, have been met.
A finding of no significant emrironmenta1 impact waS made at the time of
approval of the tentat~ve map; no further environmental assessment is
necessary ~
