This report responds to the Finance and Public Works Committee's
request on October 30, 1990 for cost information to develop Barron
Park street and sidewalk guidelines.
Discussion
s~aft has prepared the following scope of work and estimate for
consultant assistance to develop street and sidewalk guidelines in
Barron Park.

The scope and costs are based on the following assumptions:
• Up to three different guidelines may be developed in order to
accommodate existlnq representative situations. A master plan
will not be developed.
• The sidewalk and drainage quidelines will accommodate existing
conditions to the extent possible4 There will be minimal, if
any. removal of existing shrubbery, fences, etc. Parking
patterns and street riqhts-of-~ay will be left unchanged.
