In several cases, more than one Couficil Member suggested essentially the same issue, either verbally or by written submittal. In those cases, the issue is listed only once. In other cases, although issues were related, distinctions appeared to be siqnificant enough to warrant listing them separately. coullcil Members' names are in~icated with the issue~ they put forth. Where appropriate, staff has inserted information which describes the City's current activities relative to issues suggested as priorities~ Attachment #2 is the score sheet on which each council Member will individually prioritize the issues. The Council ground rules allow you to allocate your points among the issues in any manner you choose. If you wish to include comments elaborating on your choice of priorities, those also will be compiled and reproduced along with the tabulated scores.
