All conditions of approval, including execution of t~e Subdivision Improvement Agreement between the City and the applfca~t, hay! been met. A "egat~ve Declariti~n was prepared and approved prior tD th~ approval of the tentat1ve .ap. no further environmentil assessment is necessary. The Pilo Alto Historical Association has recommended two street names for the new street, Pena tourt Dr Wehrli Court (see attac~~ letter). These names ~aye been reviewed ~nd approved by t~e Communications Division and are found not tc have spelling or phonetic si.llarities w~t~ other street n~s in Palo Alto or adjacent jU!"i sd i ct ions.
