ORDINANCE Of' THE COUNCIL O"F-TB.E="'C"'I'"Twy OF PALO ALTO AMENDING SECTION 12.16.020 OF CHAPTER 12.16 OF TITLE 12 OF TB.E PALO AlTO Jo!UNICXPAL CODE ElY ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND t)'IILITY DISTRICT NO. 33 The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows: WHEREAS, this Council did, on February 25, 1991, adopt its Resolution No. 6965, amendin9 its Resolution No. 6945 of intention to amend Section 12.16.020 of Chapter 12.16 of Title 12 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code by establishing Dnderground Utility District )fo. 33 in said city and by said .... ended Resolution appoint"d Monday, the ~st day of April J 1991~ at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Ball, at 250 Hamilton Avenue .. Palo Alto, california, as the time and place of hearing protests and receiving evil3ence for and against said proposed action and direction notice; and WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and place therein stated in the manner pr~vided by law, as appears from the affida­ vits on file in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, said ratter caae on regularly for hearinq at the time therein fixed: and WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communica­ tions were publicly read at said meeting and evidence duly taken and all persons deSiring to be heard ~ere fully heard; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED as follows: SECTION 1. require the removal overhead structures Resolution No. 6945, The public necessity, health and safety of poles and overhead lines and associated from that certa in area described in amended as set fortb in Resolution No. 6965.
