ORDINANCE Of' THE COUNCIL O"F-TB.E="'C"'I'"Twy OF PALO ALTO AMENDING SECTION 12.16.020 OF CHAPTER 12.16 OF TITLE 12 OF TB.E PALO AlTO Jo!UNICXPAL CODE ElY ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND t)'IILITY DISTRICT NO. 33 The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows: WHEREAS, this Council did, on February 25, 1991, adopt its Resolution No. 6965, amendin9 its Resolution No. 6945 of intention to amend Section 12.16.020 of Chapter 12.16 of Title 12 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code by establishing Dnderground Utility District )fo. 33 in said city and by said .... ended Resolution appoint"d Monday, the ~st day of April J 1991~ at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Ball, at 250 Hamilton Avenue ..
