Members of th! Council:
On June 11, ]990, tne City Council approved the tentative map for su~ivision
of a 4.J5-acre parcel into SO condominium units and one singl~-famijy home,
for property 10cated at 4!73 El Camino Real.
The final map has been re"·liewed by the Ci t.)' Engineer. rt has been found to be
in conformance with the approved tentative map, the State Map Act, and the
Palo Alto Municfpal Code. An cor.ditions of approval. including execwtion of
the Subd~Yision Improvement Agreement bet~een t~e City and tn€ app1icant. have
been met. The Subdh1sion Improvement Agreeomer,t ir,cludes tne applicant's
requirement to provide four 8elow-r-i:l'rht-Rate urdts for future sa1e is part of
the subdivision.
A Negatlve Declaration 'Was ,prepared and approved pl";or to the appro~al of the
tentative map; no further ~nvironmental assessment is necessary+
