On August 13, 1990, the City Council approved the tentative map for
subdivision of a 11,ISO-square-foot parcel into six condominium units? for
property lo(ated at 382-384 Curtner Avenue.
The final map has been rel/iewed by the City Engineer. It ~Ias been foun1j to be
;1 conformance with the approved tentative map. the State Map Act y and the
Pilo Alto Municipal Code. All conditions Gf approval hne been met.
A Negative Declaration was prepared and approved prior to the appro¥al of the
tentative map; no further enllironmentll issessment is necessary.
