Ca~ifornja -!. •• ------- City Council Referral on Palo Alto Medic.l foundation ~usin9 Mjt;gat;Qn and 2) Pub1;, Participation PrG(ess Members of t~e Council: On Febru~ry 4, ]991, tne City Council referred two items to staff relating to the Palo Alto Medical Foundation's pr~posed Specific Plan, including: I) 2) Negotiate an acceptable housing mitigation with the Medica' Foundation D~ the loss of ~ultiple-family rental housing~ and Develop i public partieipatiGn plan for tne completion of a Final Specific Plan a~d for preparation of a subsequent PC zone change. Oiscussfcn of these items is now under .ay with repres~ntatfves of t~e Palo Alto Medical Foundation and should be completed soon. Consequently, staff has sc~edu'ed the matter fer consid~ration by the City touncll on March 18~ ]991.
