This is an informational report and requires no council action at
this time ..
I bave ~et with Mountain view officials regarding steps being taken
t.o deal with the Shoreline Amphitheatre. noise issue. Mountain View
staff and city Council have been most helpful and attentive to our
concerns.
The ~o11ow!nq steps have been taken by Mountain View:
1. The City of MountaIn View has assumed direct control o£
the noise level problem investigation and follow up. (It
was prevIously directed by the amphitheatre operator).
:2.. The City of MountaIn View has appropr iated funds to
assure. the completion ot an aooastical study.
J. The city of Mountain View will share with us the results
of the study and any recommendations .for solving _the
problem ..
