Members of the Council:
On June 4. 1990, the City Council approved the tentativ~ map for subdivision
of I 2l.914-sQua~-foot p3rcel into six condomin1u~ units, for property
located at 7lS loyne Court.
The fin.1 map 'as been reviewed by the City Engineer. It has be.n found to be
iD conformance with the approved tentative map, the State Map Act, and the
Palo Alto MuniCipal Code. All conditions of approval. including execution of
the Subdivision Improvement Agreement between the City and tne appljcant, have
been met. The Subdivfsion Improv!~ent A9re~nt includes the applicant;s
requirement to PdY • Below-Market·Rate program in·lfeu fe. to tr.e City of 3
percent of the s.les prIce of e.ch unft fn the project.
A Negatfve Oeclaratfon ~as prepared and approved for the p~oject pr;~r to the
approval of the tentatfve mapi no further envfronmental assessment is
necessary.
RecommendatIon
Staff recommends that City Council adopt a motion approving the final map.
