Members of the Council:
At the meetIng of December 17, 1990, the City Council voted to "p~old the
appeals Qf the Zoning Administrator's decision, and thereby deny the
application f~r a variance to allow an existing storage room located ~thi~
9.S feet frD~ the rear property line where 20 feet would otherwise be the
.fnimuq required, to be used as habitable spac!. Secause the findings for
denfal were not included in the Council and Commission staff reports, the City
AttoT"ey has advised t~at they be prepared for City Council adoptlon.
