During the Council Study Session beld Hay 1. 1990 on saltwater
flooding,. Council members requested copies of a study comparison
overbead used by the Santa Clara Valley Water Oistrict {District)
during the District's presentation. In response to the request I
attached is a copy of the overhead titled .. ·Coltlpa'cison of Agency
Technical Approach to Flood Related Studies .. -whjch compares the
Army Corps· and Federal ~ergency Management A9'=:~-Y'S technical
approach to flood-related studies.
