Facilities Analysis. The purpose of this report is to request
council approval tor the creation of Capital Project 19021 .. Stadium
F&cilitie~ Project~ A capital project ~ccount is used because 1}
this is a cit.ywide expenditure.. not related t.o any particular
department's activity: and 2) there may be future expenditures for
this same purpose.,. and the capital fund allows for multi-year
accountinq. The. $1r.,OoQoO payment to the Joint Po'Wers Authority will
be appropriated frOD the city Manager"s contingency .and accounted
~or in this capital project account.
