The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
.§!£.TJON 1. Chapter 18.04 of the Palo Alto lhlnicipal

Code is hereby amended to add a Section 18,04.175, to read as
follows:
18 .04.175 Dwell~~· Studio. The term ..
"dwelling{ studio'* s al'! mean a dwelling unit
which inc udes no more than one (1) habitable
room, together with kitchen or kitchenette,
and bathroom. ·
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effe~tive upon
