ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.0~.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EMBARCADERO ROAD AND EAST BAY-
SHORE FRPNTAGE ROAD FROM L-M:D TO r-c

Code {the Zoning Map) is her~by ainerided to change the zoning
of certain property at the southeast corner of Embarcadero
Road and East Bayshore Frontage from L-M:D to P-C.
SECTION 2. The-affected property and the zone change
and zone ·establishnlent contemplated hereby are shown on the
map marked Exhibit "A11
.: ~~h.i¢:h is attached. hereto and by refer
ence made a part hereof.
SECTION 3. The p~an entitled "Site Development Plan,
,proposed Ming's restaurant", attached hereto as Exhibit "B"
and by reference made a part heteof;is hereby made the
Development Plan for the parcel described in Section 2 hereof.

SECTION 4. · .. The Development Plan is approved subject
to the following conditions:
a. Use:
Restaurant ·and Cocktail Lounge.
b. Improvements:
