POR FISCAL YEAR 1967-68

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all cf the real·
property (lAnd and .improvem~nts thereoh) within the assessment dis
tricts formed· pursuant to R~solution of Intention No. 2411 (Univer-
. .
sity Avenue District Off-Street Parking Project No. 52-13) and
Resolution of Intention No. 2425 (University Avenue District Of':f
Street Parking Project No. 52:..14) adopted March 2, 1953 and April 13,
1953,· ~espectively, and now combined into one district pursuant to
proceedings had therefor (exclusive Q_f pubJ.tc property in use in
the performanc2 of a public function) a special tax in the sum of
.504 upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of a~sessed
valtiaiion thereof, for interest and principal installments on Bond
Plan· E, Uni~eisity Aven~e District Parking Bonds of 1957~and
University Avenue District Off-Street Parking Bonds of 1954, Ser-
