The Council of the City of Palo Alto dO<:'!S ORDAIN as follows:
1. The:ce is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
p~operty (land and improvements thereo11) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention N.o. 2650,
adopted September 12, 1955 (exclusive of public property in use
in the performance of a public function) a special tax in the sum
upon each One Hurid~·ed. Dollars· ($100) of.
assessed valuat~ion thereof, for interest and principal installments
due on Bond Plan E, California Avenue District Parking Bonds of 1956.""'··
