The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real

district formed pursuant to Resolutior No. 3362 of Preliminary
Dete.rrr.ina·tion and of ,Intention, adopted February 27, 1961 (except
