The Council of the City· of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
..
1. There is hereby levied against an_d upon all of the real
prop~rty (land and improvements thereon) within the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution No. 3360 of Preliminary
.Determination and of Intention, adopted February 27, 1961 (except
publicly· owned property) a special tax in the sum of $ ,376 '·
upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of a,ssessed valuation thereof,
for interest and principal installments due on California Avenue
District Beautification Bonds of 1961.
