ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDtNANCE NO. 1316, THE SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE, TO REQUIRE A PRELIMINARY SOIL REPORT
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. ·Ordinance. No. 1316, the Subdivision Ordinance,
is amE.mded by adding thereto Section 3.26 to read as· follows:
11 Sec~· 3. 26 Tentative maps of the subdivision of
·any land into five or more lots shall be accompanied
by _a preliminary soil report, as required herein:
