ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE N08 1324, THE ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION {g) TO SECTION 22.07 REQUIRING
SETBACKS FROM.CREEKS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto doea ORDAIN as
follows:.
SECTION·l.

That a new subsection, to be designated sub·

ae~tion (g), be added to Section 22.07 (Yards) of Ordinance No.
1324, the Zoning Ordinance, to read as follows:
ti (g) No portion of a lot whicV. is located
within the lines of any r.·,tural water
course, river, stream, cre.:k, waterway,
channel or flood control or drainage
easement shall be included in measuring
· yard setback, usable open space or build·
able area Of the lot, II ·
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiration of· thirty days from its paSBage.
