AUTHORIZING CLOStNG OF THE 1966-1967 BUDGET AND
INTERIM EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS PENDING ADOPTION OF . .
A 1967-1968 BuDGET
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
SECTIO~ The City Controller is hereby authorized and
directed to:
-(a) --close the '1966;..1967 Budget Accounts in all funds
and tO-make-such'~inter-fund t~ansfers of monies· as
required by City Charter and·ordinaµce; the fore
going transactions to be reflected-in the-Annual
Financ:ial R~p~~t_ for 1966-~967. ,
(1!), _T,9establisn in the reserve or liability accounts of
the. various funds a~ounts su-fficient . to provide for
. payment: of 1966-1967 purchase order~ $,rtd cot~t~acts
which are outstanding as of·Jline 3o,-1967.
