". ~ • • S!CTION 4. ·That Section 4.11 of Ordinance No. 1316, the Subdivision Ordinance, be amended to read as follows~ "4.11 Exc~pt as p=:".ovided.in Section·3.33, and within. one year after approval or conditional approval of the. tentative ma·p, the subdivider shall cause the subdivision or any part thereof, to be sur ... veyed· and a final map thereof to be prepared in conformance with. the tentative map as approved . or conditionally approved~ Tracings and ·twenty-five (25) prints.of the final. map as required by the County Recorder· shall be filed. with the City Engineer.·.· An extension of time for . filing of. the final· map may be granted by the· · City Council upon recommendation by the Planning CQmmis~ion provided written ~ppltcation ia made by the subdivider within one yea·c after action ort the tentative map. In case of a reversion to· acreage no survey need be madeunless deemed necessary ·by the City Engineer." SECTION 5.
