.AM!NDlNG ARTICLE 22 OF ORDINANCE 1324 (THE ZONING
OllDINANCE) TO ADD SECTION 22. 07 (m), REGULATING EX ..
TENSION OF MINOR ENCROACHMENTS OF EXISTING BUILDINGS.

hereby aiended to add to Section 22.07 a sutisection "m" to read

Only one sup.h exte_nsion shall be permitted for
the life· of any such building. This secti.on
shall not be construed to allow the extension
of any building line, the encroachment of which
is the resul,t of the granting of a variance,
either before or after such property became part
of the City of Palo Alto. The extensions per
mitted shall be as follows:
