ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF 1·ilE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1966•1967
TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR RECONSTRUC-
TlON OF SOUTH COURT, PROJECT 66-09
WHEPEAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council did on
July ll, 1966 adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1966-1967, and
WHEPF.P..S, the Council wishes to make an additional appropriation
.. in excess Of the SWnS appropriated by said budget for the Reconstruc-

tTon of Sou-tff.Court, Project No. 66-09;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORD!LIN as follows:
SECT..!ON 1. That the approp~iation in the Capital Improvement
Fund for the Reconstruction of South court (Project No.'" 66-09) be
incr~ased from Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to Twenty-two
Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($22,100.00) and that the Unappropriated
.. Balance of the Capital Improvement Fund be correspondingly decreased.
SEC'l'ION 2. fr.hat this ordinance, being an o,rdinance required
·to be passed. for the purpose of complying with t:~e Charter, shall
become effective inunediately.
