l·~HENDING ~UE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1966-1967 TO
MAKE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO COMPLE'1'E STAGE II
IMPROVEMENTS IN AM./\IULLO PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article

July 11, 1966 adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1966-1967, and
WHEREAS, said budget contains an appropriation of $30,000.00

in the capital Improvement Fund t.o-provide for ·certain ·stage rr--
Improvements of Amaiillo·Park (Project No. 62-04), and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make an additional appropria-
tion in excess of the s··ms appropriated by said budget to complete
Stage II L11provements in f,marillo Park,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES
ORDAIN as·folJows:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Eighteen Thousand, Five Hundred
Dollars ($18,~00.00) be appropriated additionally in the Capital
Improvement Fund for Amarillo Park Improvement, providing a
total appropriation of Forty Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars
{$48,500.00) for the vroj~ct.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance, being an ordinance required
to be passed for the purpose of ccmplying with the Charter, shall
become effective inunediately.
