ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1966-1967 TO
MAKE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR PURCHASE OF
ELECTRICAL SJ.JBSTAT iO'M SIT·E AND APPURTENANCES
WHEREAS, pursuan·t to the -provisions of SectJon 12 of
Article III oi the Cha:cter of the City of Palo Alto~-the C6ui1cil-·
and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make an additional appropria-
tion in excess of the sums appropriated by said budget to purchase
an alternate site and appurtenant easements for location of
Substation H,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION. 1. That the s·Jm of Sixty~two Thousand, Five Hundred
and Twenty Deli.a-rs ($ 62, 520. 00) be appropriated in the Capital
·Purchases Account of the Elect~ic Fund and that the Reserve for
. Capital Additions Account of the Electri.c Fund be co:trespondinqly
decreased.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance, being an ordinance requ:l.red
to be passed for thA purpose of· complying with the Charter, shall
become effective immediately.
