AMEND!,NG -THE BUDG~T F01t FISCAL YEAR 1966-67 TO MAKE·.

WHERF.AS, the Council in the 1966 .. 6 7 budget for the Sewer
Fund appropriated $590,000 in the capital purchase account for
th~ installation of the Channing-Trunk Sewer, Project 65-5;
·and
wHEREAS, on January 25, 1967, the City received bids frouf
various· contractors for the construction of said trunk line,
. the lowest acceptable bid for. construction being approximately
$657,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council. of-.·the City :of -Palo Aita does
ORDAIN-as follcr,;,s:
SECTION .1. That the sum of -Sixty-s ever1 Thousand Five -
Hundred Dollars ($6:7,SOO) ·.be 'additiorialiy appropt"i.ated in the
c·apital purchase accot.lnt of the Sewer -Fµnd in order that the
work can proceed.
SECTION 2. That ari.ilit~ffund loan from the Elec;:trical Fund
Reserve for C"pital Additions in an a~ount sufficient: to support
this appropriation is herepy-authorized, said' lC>an to be repaid
