Section 2.104 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: ·.·:i 0 SEC. 2.104 ORDER OF BUSINESS (a) At the hour set bylaw on the day ofeachregular­ meeting, the Councilmen, City Clerk, City Attorney, City Manager, City Contro:ler, and such department heads as have been requested to be present, shall take their regular stations i.n the .Council Chamber, and the business of the Council shall be take11 up fol.~ consideration and di~p·osition_ in the following order except that with the unanimous consent· of the Council, matters may be taken up out of order and exc~pt as provided in paragre.ph (b) hereof.
