ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 2.124 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE REGARDING THE MEETING DATE OF THE COMMITTEE
ON FINANG~
The Council of the City· of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as fol-
SECTION 1. That Section 2.124 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code is hereby amertded to-read as follows:
USEC. 2.124 COMMITTEE ON FINANCE
It shall be the duty of the Committee on Finance
to meet on the third Tues<lay of each month at 7:30 p.m ..
at the City Hall and to ~onsider and make recommendations
en m&:..ters referred to it by the Council relating to
fi-r:i-~n_e;c:;:; budgets; appropriations; audits; Capital
Improvement Fund; General Obligation Bond Issues;
Public Utilities and the Palo Alto-Stanford Hospital
Center. u . ·
SECTION. 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon
the expiration of thirty days from its passage.
