. ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1966-1967
TO MAKE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR IMPROVEMENT
OF SOUTH PALO ALTO NEIGHBORHOOD PARK, PROJECT 65-13
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of
Article III of the Chatter of the,City of Palo Alto, the Council
did on July 11, 1966 adopt a budget for the fiscal year 1966-1967,
and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to make an additional appropria
tion in excess of the sums appropriated by said budget for the
improvement of South Palo Alto Neighborhood Park, Project No.
65-13;
NOW, THEREFO~, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. That the appropriation in ~he ~apital Improve
ment Fund for the ili1provement of South Palo Alto Neighborhood
Park (Project No. 65-13) be increased from Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,0000.00) to Sixty-three Thousand Doll'ars ($63,000.00) and
that the Unappropriated Balance of the Capital Improvemer't;: Fund
be correspondingly decreased.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance, being an ordinance requited
to be passed,,for t_he purpose of complying with the Charter, shall
become effective immediately.
