The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
1. ThPre is he~eby levied against Rnd upon all of the real

·district formed pursuant to Resolution of'. Intention No. 3213,
adopted April 25, 1960 (exclusive of public property in use in tne

valuation thereof, for interest and principal installments due on
Bond Plan E, California Avenue District Street Bonds of 1960.
