The Council of the City or Palo Alto_ does ORDAIN as i'o11ows~
1. There is hereby levied against and upon all of the real
district formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2650,
adopted Septeinber 12, 1955 (exclusive of public property in use
in the performance of a public function) a special tax 111 the sum
Of $ -.844 upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of
assessed valuation thereor, for interest and principal installments
due or. Bond Plan E, California Avenue District Parking Bonds of
1956.
