ORDINANCE OF TIIE COUNCiL OF THE_ CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AND ADOPTING A PLAN FOR TIIE DEVELOPMENT
OF SOUTH PALO ALTO NEIGHBORHOOD PARK, PROJECT ~O.
65-13
WHEREAS, Section-5 of-Article VIII of the Charter of the
City of Palo Alto requires that before sny substantial build-

on the list of lands used or intended to be used for park
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Couticil proposes to proce~d with development
of South Paio Alto· Neighborhood Park pursuant to aplan prepar~d
therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does -
-ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION l. That the plan-attached hereto, marked EXHIBIT A,
identified as Improv~ent, ·Project #65-13, ·South Palo Alto Neighbor-
·.'-, -'
