ORDINANCE OF TiiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF: PALO ALTO

AMENDING SECTION 20.66 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE REGULATING THE USE OF SIDEWALK ELEVATORS
The Council of the City of Po.le{ Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION 1. The last paragraph of Section 20.06 of the ..
Palo Alto Municipal Code is hereby amend_~d to read as follows:
"Nothing in this section shall be construed to
overru1·~ or supersede the authority of the City to
revoke such.right to use and occupy the space below
the sidewalk as provided in Section 4503 or other
appli~able sectione of the Building Code."
SECTION 2. This ordinan~e shall become effective upon the
expiration of thirty days from its passage.
