ordered!
T:ha. t the setback line on t;he Northerly
s'ide of Erunil ton Avenue be. changed from
forty (40) feet to thirty (30) feet,
beginning at a poi.nt ninety-nine and
thirty-six hun.dredths ( 99 .. 38) feet .Easterly
from West Crescent Drive ~md continuing
