'rHE, PROVISIONS OF THE PALO ALT() ZONING ORDINANCE
The Counci:t of the City of Paio Alto DO :mDAIN as follows:
That Section 1022 of the Fa lo f.l to Zoning Ordinance
'be amended by adding thereto Section 1022-( a) tio read as
follows:
. Sec. 1022-{a) Enforcement: The Boal'd of Public
Wor~s !S'hereby cnarged -w:rEh tEe duty of enfor<:ing the
p:rovisiona ·of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Palo
Alto relative to the use and occupation of property.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to po:s1:a. copy
of t:b..i;s ordinance upon the bulletin board at the c:lty Hall
upon passage.
