The Council of the City of Palo Alto !>O ORDAIN as follows!~

t:h.e following setback lines are hereb:r ordered to be est~t'blished:
l~ That the set·oack line on. 1he si::.utherly side o!
Martin Avenue be.tween Lincoln Avenue and; Cen..ter
Street be established at twent:r-four { 24:) feet.
2. That the setback line on both sides of ~?evi;!i
Place be established at twenty-four (24) f'e~~t.
3 .. That t:ie setback line on. both sides of Kent Place
be established s.t twenty-four t24) feet .•
4 .. That the setback line on both sides. of :Rege11t
Place be establiahed at twenty-four ( 24) f eiet.
5. That the setback line oin both sides of Somerset
Piace be established at twenty-four (24) feet.

The City Clerk is directed to post a copy of this
ordinance upon the bulletin board a.t the city hall upon passage,
and the establish:P.ent of setback lines shall be i~d~Lcat~~d upon
the setback line map.
The above and foregoing ordina.z:_c~e was duly and regularly
introduced. at a regular meeting of the Cot:.ncil of the C"!. ty of
.Palo A1 to held on Monc:g,y, the 13th day of Septe::n.be:r, 1937,
