The Cou..."'l.cil of the City of' Palo Al to :r.:10 ORDAIN as. follows : Ths.t Sect:ton 95 o:f Codified Ordinance .No. 3, as 2.!nend­ ed by Or.dinanc .. es No.. 475 and 600, is b ~reby amended to rea.d as follows: Sec. 95. Co~ission. The Cornrl~ty Center and its ac'E!vitieFSiia11 be under thie ·:n.a.nage:::ient and con­ trol of' a co:mmission v.·hich shall ci:msist or seven :mem·­ bers appointed at large by the r~ay1:ir, w1 th tha consen~:; or the Council, to hold office for the term of three yea.rs; except· ,that the conra.issione:1:-s ©pointed here­ under sba.11 hold office as :follows:: Two conmtissioners for a term c:t' one year; Two com.ussicners for a term of two years; T11ree commissioners for a term of three years. Thereat'ter, upon the expi:ra tion of said terms, respect;- 1 ·.rely, the con:tm.issioners sh.all be :s.ppointed :f'or the term of three years as stated. The connnission is her<~­ by authorized to set up an organization wit:hin itsel.t':r subject to the app:r•ova.~ of' the Cou:nzil.
