I:r.. all cases where real estate has boen sold to the City of Palo Al to on or before ~r unJ~ 29, 1934:, for delinquent taxes; and the city has no·~ disposed. of the sa.m4a, the person whose estate ha.is been sold, his heir::>, execu:tors, administrators i:>r othe:::· successors il:l interest sr.:a.11, at aey tin.ti= on or be,fore the 20t~h day of ..
