1. There is hereby crea-ced an ad::n.inistrative
commission t.o be known as the VETER.ANS BUILDING COMMISSION,
hereafter designated. as tii.e Com.mission.
. . 2., The Commission shall be composed of thrE:e
m.eml:iers,-. (1) the Mayor, or some member of the City
Council appointed by him, (2) the Chairman of the Comm.unity
Center Commission or some member of that commission
appointed by it, and \.3) a member to be o.ppointed by th~~
Veterans' Council.

supervise the use of the Veterans Building and control
the building in accordance with the recommendations of
the Special Gommi ttee upon the Disposition of the old
Comm.unity House, w:til.ch committee was appointed by the
Mayor under t}::.e amhority of the City Cou .. "lcil by its
action on February 11, 1935.

all funds appropriated to it by the City Cotm.cil.
The above and foregoing ordino.r:tce w~:rs duly
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Counc.iJ.. of
the City cf P;:;.lo Al to held on the8th dQ-y of April, 1835,
and was pc;,ssed on said date as an emergency ordinance,
by U.'18.nimous vote of ail councilmen pI'esent, as f'o11ovis:
