ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 3.02 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1324, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF EMBARCADERO ROAD EASTERLY
OF BAYSHORE FREEWAY FROM P-c· AND L-M:A to L-M:D AND
L-M:A-D

The Councir-c:,-r--the --city of Palo Alto does ORDAIN ·as
follows:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1324, the Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by amending Sec-tion 3. 02, the uzoning Map", by
changing the zoning of certain prqperty in the vicinity_ of
Emb~rcadero Road easterly -·of Bayshor-r Freeway from P-C and
L•M:A to L-.M:D and L-M:A-D.
SECTION 2. -Said proparty is shown on a map attached here
to, incorporated. herein by reference, and ent:!.tled "Change of
Disttict of Property in the Vicinity of Embarcadt;ro Road-_
·Easterly of Bayshore Freeway from 1>-c and L-M:A to 1..-M::D-land

SECTION .3. Thi's ordinance sha_ll become effective upon
