ORDINANCE OF TiiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ARASTRADERO HILLS·ANNEXAM
TION" TO THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
The Counci.l of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
WHERR~S, on the 13th day of June 1966, the Council of the
City of Palo_ Alto did pass. and adopt. Reso~utiOf1J~o. 3900 giving:-· -
notice of the proposal' to ~nnex certain uninhabited territory
_t.o the City of Palo Altot said territory~-being therein desi-gnated
as "Arastradero Hills Annexation 11
1 said Resolution describing the
boundaries of the territory proposed to be a·nnexed; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 3~00 die! contain a notice of

the day, hour. and plac.t when. and where the Council of the City
would hear protests made by any per.sou owning real pt·operty within
the territor:.r proposed to be annexed, the time of s_aid hearing
being not less trtan ·forty nor more than sixty ·days from the date
of passage of said· Resolution; and

WHEREAS, on the 11th day of July 1966, at the hour of 7:30 p.m.

County of Santa Clara, State of Californi.a, said time and place
