OF ORDINANCE NO. 1324, · THE ZONING ORDINANCB, CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS 472 SHERIDAN AVENUE The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1324, the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by amending Section 3.02, the "Zoning Map", by changing the zoning of .certain property known as 472 Sheridan Avenue from HOA to P-C. SECTION 2. A map describing said affected property and the zone change contemplated l:.ereby i and a dev:eiopment plan under Section 16.07 of the Zoninq Ordinanc~ is affixed hereto and by reference_made a part hereof. ·SECTION 3. The Development Plan is approved in accordance with the following conditions: (a) Permitted Use: . · .. Automotive F1nance Det::-artment . : ' ·~ (b), Improvements: Buildiug lO'cation, dimensions, height; architecture and landscap.ing shall be substantially 3S shown :.)l)·· the approved Development Plan. (c) Developmen~ Schedu~~~ 1. Start of Construction within six· (6) months of council approval. 2. Completion of all construction and development within one (1) year after start of construction. Total eighteen (18) months. SECTION _4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the expiration of thirty days from its passage.
