SECTION 1. Ordinance N0• 1324, the Zoning Ordinance, is
-her~by amended.by amending Section 3.02, the "Zoning Map", by·
changing the' zoning of certain property kno.-m as approximately
439 acres of the Rancho El Corte de Madera from R-E:A to P-C.
· SECTION 2 ~ Ordinance No. 1324, the. Zoning Ordinance, shall
be amended by amending Section 3.02, the "Zoning Map", by applying

P-C zoning to the property known as "Arastradero Hills Ahnexation 11

This Commission, pursuant to the afore recited

3. Shopping Center:
a) The uses shall be limited to convenience gocids
and services, appropriate to a neighborhood
shopping center. A library site shall be pro
vided adjacent to the shopping center area.·

of the Palo Alto. Zoning.Ordinance,
4. Drainage:
a) Each unit of development shall be subject to
. requirements of the Santa Clara Cou;1ty Flood
·control and Water District and the require
ments of the City Engineer at the time of
tentative map submittal. All easements for
water co1,irses tlr drainage fac1lities shall
